Next Working Day Delivery Service

Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch all orders within 24 (working) hours. Our standard delivery service is next working day and runs from 3.00pm to 3.00pm the following working day.

Orders Received Before 3.00pm

We will process and despatch orders received before 3.00pm for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability).

For example: Order on Monday before 3.00pm, your order will despatched Monday evening for delivery on Tuesday, given stock is available.

Orders Received After 3.00pm

Orders received after 3.00pm, will be processed and despatched the following working day.

For example: Order on Monday after 3.00pm, your order will be processed and despatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday, subject to stock availability.

Out of Stock Situations

We work very hard to minimise stock shortages and receive frequent deliveries from our suppliers.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as possible. 

Our couriers deliver between 8.00am and 4.00pm. We are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery by the courier.
